The Millhiser Smith Agency has developed a set of twenty seven fundamentals that we feel embody our culture and serve as our guide for success into the future.

  2. Sell the Difference. Millhiser Smith's keen desire to DISCOVERisk allows us to share pride in our unique process and capabilities. Take every opportunity to educate clients, prospects, carriers and centers of influence on the benefits of our proprietary approach. No matter your role - sell the difference!
  3. Build Meaningful, Personal Relationships. Our business is built on trust and trust is built on relationships. Make smart decisions that enhance long-term relationships enabling us to work through challenges. Nobody cares what we know until they know we care.
