Commercial Lines Account ManagerThis position provides a high level of service to commercial lines clients by working closely with the Sales Executive. The essential functions of this position include professional relationship management and timely processing of endorsements, renewals, audits, etc. Marketing of new and renewal business is an important aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will have an Iowa producer license, CISR designation and prior experience. Technical education is helpful and a willingness to continue education is essential. Millhiser Smith is committed to assisting with continuing education and credentialing of our associates. Degree is desirable or equivalent experience.
Commercial Lines Sales Executive
- Direct prospect selling and analyzing of customer needs relative to the commercial components
- Will assume a consultative approach when making recommendations for commercial solutions
- Direct and work with Account Managers regarding customer questions and renewal information
- Assist current customers with questions, guiding customers through insurance coverages
- Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support groups
- Point of contact for answering questions to company Underwriters
- Proactive planning of activities and completion of necessary administrative work
